David added on 11-23-2023

David was an owner surrender in Long Island, NY, and the owner was sent to jail, and, we gather from the shelter staff, was not a nice person, at least when it came to Dave. Dave is just one and a half years old is in Virginia. So far he seems to be a very sweet dog, much more comfortable with women than with men, but he will warm up to men in a little bit. More to follow as we get to know Dave - see if he is actually good with male dogs, cats, children, etc.
